Look, I don’t particularly agree that there is just one spa out there that is better than the rest.  A lot depends on the skill and the dedication of the estheticians and therapists and whether or not you enjoy big over-sized resort type spas, or the quaint little shop where everyone knows your name.  However, for the past three years Spa Botanica in Singapore has landed a spot on the Top Ten list of Readers’ Spa Awards.  What’s so special about Spa Botanica, you ask?  I’ll sum up: tropical gardens, cascading waterfalls, labyrinths, mud detox, and the perfect about of indulgence.  Note: you will need it after the long flight.  I’ve not been to Spa Botanica, so I can’t endorse it from first-hand experience, however I do pay particular attention to the clan at Conde Nast and if they were wowed, then there is no doubt that you will be too.
