Working Out the Kinks
For all of you cubicle inhibitors: doesn’t it feel a little stiff sitting at a desk all day long? My neck is telling me that it is time to go home. Or rather to the gym…so that all the built up kinks can get worked out. But then again…I will be back here tomorrow, furiously blogging away about massages, skin care and everything that is relaxing and nothing that is rigid…like sitting in this chair all day long. But there are things to keep you limber. Roll your shoulders every few minutes and get up and walk around so that your legs still know how to work properly at the end of the day. And if you feel carpal tunnel starting to hit, give your hands and fingers a personal massage during several points throughout the day. Best yet, these mini massages will cost you nothing.
