I’ve gone to belviso day spa multiple times for different kinds of treatments and never once had a complaint. All of the staff members are so kind and will take care of you. They won’t try to sell you on anything and are extremely honest. I fully trust them with my skin and won’t ever be going to a different spa. Highly recommended they have incredible services

Figured maybe it’s time I write a review, considering I have been a happy customer for the last 14 years! My first treatment at bel viso was a teen facial for acne when I was 12. Through the years I have done it all, facials, massages, laser hair removal, spray tans, lash lift and tint, eyebrow tint, filler, Botox… I have never been disappointed with a service at bel viso. I always leave the spa feeling so refreshed, relaxed and looking my absolute best! Each and every employee is incredible at her craft, receptive to customer needs, & kind and comforting. I will never stop coming and never stop recommending. This is my happy place!

I had a horrible experience at Bel Viso. I booked a consulting appointment to get pricing for a laser procedure. When I booked the appointment, nobody told me that it was a paid appointment. On the day of the appointment, while the consultant was sweet, she promised to call the next day to confirm the pricing but she never did. The receptionist was rude and passive aggressive while checking out and started demanding for $ 25. Also, imagine paying $25 to just get the pricing! She kept on insisting that if i ever visit the spa again i would have to pay a consultation fee. I am not sure why would i do that if i pay $1000 for a laser procedure. The spa management needs to be transparent with their pricing but more importantly learn to treat their new customers with respect!

I went for laser hair removal. Receptionist is super rude. The sessions did not work and they continued to miss the same spot since the second session every time. The manager agreed on an extra session to remove the missed spot with not charge at checkout she asked for money. Moral of the post save time and money they have no idea what they are doing.

New to the area and looking for a med spa, I am so happy that I found Bel Viso. My first experience with Tina was so pleasant, and she helped me find a package for the Emsculpt service I had been looking for. Since then, I have been back for Botox, spray tans, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Bel Viso is a welcoming and friendly environment, with providers that are kind and eager to help guide you towards the correct treatment (Thank you Tiffany, Evelyn and Julie!!) I can’t recommend this place enough!
