I purchased a 10 pack Infared Sauna package for a total of $131.50. After using 3 sessions I was informed that they would no longer be providing the sauna service. I was told that I couldnt receive a refund and that I had to use the remaining balance on a different service. I didnt want a different service, I wanted the infared service or a refund so I could buy it elsewhere. After arguing the issue I was told its very expense for the owner to give a credit refund. Well you know whats expensive, spending $131.50 on a product but not getting the product? Eventually they said they would charge me full price for the 3 sessions I used instead of the package price and refund the balance. Most decent businesses try to appease their clients by apologizing for the inconvenience, giving them their refund, maybe throwing in a bar of soap or a coupon for future use. Nope, no apology, no soap, only a fight for a refund of a service they decided to cancel and charged me more per session. They lost a customer today.

Ive been going to Bodywise for over 2 years and had a great experience up to today. I had signed a contract with them for monthly message and they closed for COVID, but never had an issue taking the money out of my bank account for the past 2 months, then I find out they are open before the safer at home order expired, they have totally changed their hours and so has my message therapist. I told them I wanted out of my contract and that I dont want to be charged the $150 because I didnt fulfill my 1 year contract and they told me they wouldnt charge me the $150, but would keep the last 2 months they withdrew from my bank account! I have worked in customer service for the past 25 years and Ive never had such terrible service! I asked why couldnt they call me to let me know they were open? They were just full of excuses! I was warned about this place and now I know why!

Jess is outstanding! I initially met her at a networking event and, after hearing her talk about all the intensive education she has undergone in the acupuncture field, I knew I had to start referring some of my patients her way (I am a physical therapist). One patient in particular, that I had been treating on/off for the past few years, is a young woman struggling with a unique neurologic condition. After just one acupuncture session with Jess, I was able to see a DRAMATIC improvement in my patients symptoms. I was AMAZED! So amazed, that I asked to sit in on her second acupuncture session with Jess to get an idea for the process. When I came to the next appointment, Jess and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Jess took time to explain the process of what she does and the specific techniques that she specializes in. We discussed the collaborative approach in treating our patient and how we can both measure her progress going forward. Jess is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am so excited for my patient to continue seeing Jess and further improving her condition!

Jessica the acupuncturist is an amazing wealth of knowledge. My 5 year old son suddenly developed a severe head and face tic. The doctor told me to wait to see if it got worse, but it is probably just from anxiety and he would grow out of it. I was worried about what it was doing to the muscles and structure of his neck and spine, especially because he has scoliosis. Jessica prescribed some herbs and after 2 days his tics have completely stopped. It is amazing and I am so thankful.
