The people in the membership office are not good. Signed up for a year contract at the gym at the end of March and was told I would get March and April for free. Got billed in March which they said was for the last month and when we leave we just tell them which will be the last month. Told them March 2023 will be the last month only for them to tell me that if you sign up for a year contract apparently it is 12 paid months, you need to make 12 payments to them even if you get a month free in the contract while signing up. It is a scam. The membership fees is also ridiculous as they keep hiking it up but the level of service doesnt go up with it.
