A treasure in Bay View! Kathy Howells business Bodies in Motion is located here. Kathy is the best physical therapist in the city! She has helped me recover from several surgeries quickly and with care. Delaware House also has a beautiful dance studio with lessons for all abilities, private personal training, clinical skin care treatments and many other holistic treatments that are available. Ive used several of these services and love them all!

I have taken dance lessons at Delaware House with Martin Cawston for about 5 years. It is a welcoming establishment that gives the community of Bayview the feel of friendliness and good old fashioned neighborhood warmth. Taking ballroom lessons with Martin allows me to develop my passion for dance, Delaware House also offers many other wellness services, massage, fitness, various classes and physical therapy. Certainly an asset to a small neighborhood one can enjoy being a part of.

I got hooked on salsa dancing after attending one of the First Friday Salsa Socials. I started taking classes with Matt and Betsy soon after, and have been visiting the Delaware House on a weekly basis for classes ever since! Its a very clean, open, and well maintained facility with a wide variety of services. I come up from Racine each week, and I know of others who come from out of town as well to take advantage of all the Delaware House has to offer. I highly recommend checking it out!
