It is important to bring to your attention my last encounter with Scott. After being a loyal costumer from day one Scott has really proven to be exactly who his reputation is across CT. My last encounter with Scott his behavior was unethical and unprofessional that has left me flabbergasted. As a long-time customer, having visited your spa since it opened, I expected a higher level of service and respect. However, on my most recent visit, I was made to feel unheard and disrespected. Your condescending tone and dismissive attitude left me feeling upset and frustrated. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and kindness, especially considering the loyalty I have shown to your business. It all happened after I insisted that Scott show me what he was going to inject into my face after I didnt feel comfortable having pre filled syringes injected on my face, especially since the last couple times I was not satisfied with the results. Scott insisted that I get what he had prepared which was something that would keep the price within my budged when I never expressed I had a budget that was important to me. Scott, I enjoyed coming to see you and talking to you, GREAT service coming from a customer. You have a great manner / good work ethic! Unfortunately I called this morning couple of times to leave a message for you , spoke to a girl named Tonia to leave a message for you in matters of discussing some private needs. Then I received a nasty phone call from your manager having no manners talking to me the way she did. Unhappy with the way she communicated with me. So, I’ll like to come in to see you so that we can talk in person but I never want to speak to her because she is the worst manner communicated you have working for you. I honestly think you should get rid of her, her not knowing who I am!

I have been getting injectables for years, and after a recommendation from my colorist, I started going to Scott at Dolce Vida Med Spa. Without hesitation, I can say, this establishment is best of the best. The staff professional, amiable, and with their plethora of knowledge, they are immeasurably helpful. You are left feeling comfortable and of course, beautiful. Not to mention, they have the best prices around!

I have been to several medical spas in the area over the last few years and my experience at Dolce Vida was awesome. The front desk associate was very attentive and welcoming, after filling out consent paperwork I only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Ashley, my injector took the time to give me a run down of all the other services they offer and their approximate price range. She used a new technique that uses vibrations while she was doing my botox that made each injection virtually painless! Ive never had botox or fillers done that didnt hurt like crazy. I will 100% be back and recommend Dolce Vida to my friends.
