NEVER GOING BACK! Terrible customer service. They cancelled my appointment last minute. Then called back and offer a new time slot and then said sorry we gave it someone else. The clueless managers only response was "dont worry you wont be charged"

This spa was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. The receptionist Niya was very nice and helpful. She took her time, answering all my questions and concerns. I had a medical massage and it was the best! Will definitely be here again. I highly recommend.
