The girls are very nice however they are not straight forward with pricing and only after completing services did they tell me my services were just under a $1000. I will never recommend this business or be visiting again. The customer service was not very good and after a month of trying to reach them I was finally able to get in contact with someone that did not resolve any of the issues. Very disappointing there are businesses out there that will just take such a big sum of money and not do whats right, or even try to make it up to customers. They obviously dont care as much about keeping a clientele and being honest. Services: BOTOX treatments , Microneedling

I actually followed her to this location when she joined Excelin- because she’s THAT good! She is a total pro and gives you incredible advice and support, I highly recommend her for newbies to filler as well as those seasoned in getting it. Just had my first appointment ever to see what options work best for me. Heather was AMAZING. She showed me I didnt have to spend crazy money to get exactly what I want, and I didnt. I cant believe the difference after my filler injections, and spent half of what I thought it was going to be. ❤ Jill was wonderful at the front desk and very helpful. I will be back! Had three treatments of BBL that were recommended by a now former employee of Excelin Medi Spa. Treatments did nothing to improve my skin on my face. Met with Dr. Nagrete & she was kind enough to credit me 80% & recommended Halo treatment for my face. Unfortunately face looked ok at first, but skin on my face & neck started showing signs of marks that permanently ruined my neckline and face. Staff is kind and receptive, but the additional cost to have the Halo & HAD to purchase a container of face cream for $41.00 additional dollars. In total I paid $1141.00. Not happy with the results. Procedure was in January 2022. Dr Nagrete recommended Forefront Dermotolgy Dave to freeze some dark spots on each side of my face. Im thankful for her recommendation and Dave did an excellent job in December 2021

The staff at Excelin Medical Spa is awesome. Dr. Negrete is such a wonderful dermatologist. She will take time to discuss your concerns and give you her honest opinion and suggestions. I was very happy with the Botox and Juvederm filler I had. Very very natural looking but effective in helping to slow the signs of aging. I drive 150 miles round trip because this is such an awesome place!
