I went to hand and stone yesterday for a 1 hour facial. First,it was so loud there during my session. Doors slamming,front desk girl coughing so loud, loud talking in hallway, the aesthetician was washing her glass containers in sink while my mask was sitting on face for 5to10 min. I have gotten many facials before, first time at hand and stone. The girl who did mine was decent, but everytime Ive gotten facials I get massaged also atleast on shoulders. Yesterday I didnt. I figured while she put mask on she would since there was a wait of 5 to 10 min, but instead she washed her glass containers and was in and out of cabinets while I "relaxed". Also I think she had headphones in I kept hearing talking. It was a not so relaxing time for me. I was totally disappointed. And to boot my apt was 12:45, and I was out of the room by 12:35. Thought it was 1 hour?

Customer service is terrible. I brought a cream and I was overcharged Hopefully I just saw the price . But I didn’t get any apology for the mistake . They don’t know what courtesy is!! They are too many different receptionist . Also the increase the price I never get a letter or email According with customer affairs you can’t not charge a different amount if you are not notified the persona about this issue. I called and ask for the manager I was told the manager was not there I left a message I still waiting for his phone call . If the manager is like that what I expected from their employees . I was told how much I will be charge .But I noted different amounts in my checking account.i never authorized to use my checking account I always use my credit card You can’t trust this people with you credit card. I’m very disappointed.
