I hired integrity salon for my wedding hairstyling, and I was going to use them for my bridal makeup as well. I went to my trial day almost two weeks before the wedding. Both women were very detailed in asking what I wanted, the makeup one even showing me colors on her arm. However, after asking three times to the makeup woman, to at least trial my eyes and brows, she refused to do any sort of makeup trial stating she "never does trials since I cannot replicate exactly on the wedding day." This did not make me feel comfortable in having them do my makeup on the wedding day, as I do not wear much makeup and was going to be particular. I had my sister in law do it instead. As for Katie with my hair, she was absolutely amazing! She continuously asked what I liked, how to change it, and was receptive to my ideas for my hair. She was understanding when I did not want to pay for the bridal makeup trial, since it was only a consultation. She ensured to make it fair. She was a peppy and happy woman who enjoyed what she does. My experience here was awful, The stylist didn’t talk the entire time so it was extremely awkward and my hair turned out three different shades of the color I wanted. That’s not what I’m upset about, but when I was here my stylist went to the back bar to mix my color and she was talking to another stylist an older lady and she started talking negative about me and my hair and didn’t realize I could hear everything she was saying. The stylist right next to me was doing someone’s hair extensions and being extremely rude to her client, I was shocked to say the least. The professionalism was out the window here. I felt bad for the customer next to me. The stylist was rolling her eyes and sighing and huffing at the customer and being short bitter and rude and then even ran out of hair extensions mid service. I can’t imagine how this client felt. I won’t be returning simply because the stylists seem extremely rude to their customers. I have been debating on going back to give it a 2nd chance for my touch up but I’ve decided not to. First impressions are important.

Love everything I have had done at Integrity. Hair cuts and styles are on point. I have had a pedicure, it was so nice and relaxing and nothing like going to a busy nail salon. Facials are soooo relaxing. Waxing and sugaring experiences have also been great. All the staff is friendly and professional. I wont go anywhere also when I want to be pampered.
