I’ve been going to La Med Spa for years and I absolutely love it! The staff is so warm and caring. They make me feel more like family or a friend. I truly feel refreshed and beautiful from the entire experience. Dr. Mangini is incredible. The most valuable thing anyone can ever give me is their time. He listens and follows up to ensure my results meet my expectations. They have great discounts for regular customers. May is an incredible time to stock up on beauty packages for the entire year, but you have to purchase it on their anniversary date.

Love La Medspa! I saw Dr Polson for Botox and she was very professional and caring. She wanted to make sure I knew she had a conservative view of Botox… sometimes, less is more. Especially for people like me in their early 30’s. Also fell in love with the office coordinator, Shan! Great place with a chill atmosphere and good people who thoroughly listen. Would 10/10 recommend la medspa to anyone!

I would highly recommend this facility. Shan does an excellent job taking care of the needs of clients as they enter and exit. She is also very accommodating with appointments, etc. Cynthia does an amazing job with my eyebrows and is so patient and kind. The facility is very clean, relaxing and inviting. La Medspa is my choice in Montgomery!

My go-to for Botox and everything face-related, if that makes sense. Amy and staff are always there for you, very helpful and very dedicated. Very lovely ambiance inside, and they take good care of their clients. Wouldnt recommend anywhere else in MGM if youre looking to get THAT FACE! :)
