I love to get my hair done there by Gabby, but I hate how they want us to refer people yet never give you the 20% discount. They tried to say the referrals never told them. Yet one was my daughter, who comes in with me all the time who said she told them I referred her. Another was an old coworker who went and the Stylist told me she came in bc of me, yet no referral discount. Referred my mother, two other coworkers and many more….nope nothing. It’s just frustrating to love your stylist, but not the inability to follow through on the basic marketing procedures. And yes, I just spoke with the staff who answered the phone. My daughter did as well. It sounds like there is a disconnect between hearing someone referred them and actually entering into the system. She was told the same thing with her referral, “the person needs to tell us you referred them”. She gave the persons name she referred and she too didn’t have the credit on her account. Coming to an online platform was after being told there was nothing they can do. Plus, reviews are here for anyone to report experiences at their discretions not yours. Js

Everyone is so nice! Taylor has been my hair stylist for 7+ years. She always understands what I want to do with my hair even when I don’t sometimes haha. Taylor is truly THE BEST!!
