Highly recommended for all couples that can afford it, especially if you want a local place of luxury to reconnect with each other. We booked the Art room and the atmosphere was so romantic and sexy. We loved it and will be visiting again!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Will never come back to Seattle without going to this spa! It was a unique experience we have never been to a spa where you have a nice little private area after and it was so romantic. We loved it and will def come back. Our massage therapists were wonderful! Great experience

We have had great experiences here in the past, but this most recent trip we showed up early and were not taken back to our room under 10-minutes after our planned start time. That alone was not a big deal, but our couples massage was then shorted by that time.....so our 50-minute massages ended up being less than 35-minutes and were mediocre at best. The above by itself would not have ruined our experience, but then while soaking in a tub (being we paid for 2-hours of room-time) there was a door-bell sound that our time was just about over. We called the front desk, reminded them we paid for 2-hours (which they confirmed), and they incorrectly booked us for only 1-hour and they needed us to leave immediately for the next guests. We were not pleased and the initial response from the staff on-site for the 3 concerns was that they would offer us an extra free room hour on our next visit, which we were not accepting, as not sure when or if we would want to return. Instead, we asked them to communicate our disappointing experience to the owners and for them to contact us knowing they had our phone number from the booking. Two days later, we still never heard back from the owners, so had to email the spa again for an update. Finally, the owner responded by email giving us a full refund, but his response was essentially rude, demeaning, and asserted that we were unreasonable customers and not welcomed back. This is not an inexpensive couples excursion, so you would think it should be perfect, but our experience was anything but and I really hope our visit was an anomaly.

This place was super amazing. My husband and I booked the Moroccan room. The room was decorated beautifully romantic. The massages we got were relaxing and blissful. I wouldnt expect a deep tissue massage or anything but did the job! Plenty of time to enjoy the facilities. After our massage, we took a nice soak in the copper tub and sipped some tea. I really wish we were able to get our hooka working but that could have been something on our part. We could have asked for help. haha. My reccomendation is you bring a light meal and a bottle of wine. We were not aware we could do this and it would have made our experience better- but again, our fault not the spas. Its a tad tricky to find as the GPS doesnt take you directly in front of it. Go to the rainier brewery parking lot. The Groupon deal was a good price. I dont think Id come here without a Groupon but I would go here again to experience the other rooms (with the Groupon )

We had a great couple experience, the staff was very welcoming and everything was spot on. The Morroco room was great and gave that mystic vibe. We wished the time after the massage was longer but time flies when you are having fun. About the couples massage, mine was great but my wifes masseuse didnt finish hers (I guess she needs to improve on time management as she did her full back but not much on the front (shins, feet, neck, etc. ) Overall a great experience and definitely will be back and recommend it.
