Was looking for a massage while in town for work. Found the best massage spot. Massage was divine, ambience was perfect, facilities was perfect. Location is easy to get to. Only hard part was that I was SO a relaxed leaving and it’s a little jarring having to walk back on to 5th avenue. I will definitely find a reason to come back here!!

Excellent service and super clean facility. Will certainly be back. My 10 year old daughter also enjoyed the massage. Was an oasis right in the heart of Manhattan.

Amazing. I’ve been to spas around the world and none compared to the service we experienced here. My girlfriend and I were greeted by our first names at the entrance and swiftly provided with what may have been the most comfortable slide ons. I was then given a spacious and clean changing room and offered the world’s greatest ginger tea. The couple’s massage was perfect and the experience as a whole was 13/13!! Will definitely go again and recommend to any who ask.

Fantastic! You are transported to Asia the moment you walk in. I had never gone to such a spa and it was delightful! Please request tea for the same experience. The changing and waiting rooms are lush and practicioners ask the questions needed. I had Sunny for a facial, who is a delightful Japanese woman and so funny. This was my first facial. My nose was a bit red after and I didnt see much change until the next day! It was so impressive! Skin felt and looked brand new! Next time I will get a moisturizing facial. and my MT was a Thai woman (Sumi? Suri?) who was able to work deeply in my forearms, gluts and post legs with hot bamboo to give great tension relief! The services are high but adequate imo for the quality of services and the environment. The entrance is just after the Puma store. Please dont let the shabby lobby level discourage you! You will 100% get your moneys worth!

Absolutely over the moon about the massage at Nuansa. All the trappings of a luxury spa, quality/firmness/specificity of a sports massage. Probably top 5 Ive ever received. Facilities are small (no sauna or steam room) but very elegant with lovely touches: you get your own changing room and they continue the aromatherapy into the changing room and have a hot shower running for you when you are done with the massage (????)! Cannot think of a better massage in Manhattan, would give 6 stars if I could. Ill be back next time Im in town!
