I definitely loved the atmosphere up until the receptionist Destiny was brought on board. Her attitude is very rude and aggressive, not people pleasant at all. Sometimes seeming clueless to certain things as well. My services were excellent after a first encounter of being burned which took some time to heal. I switched over to Melissa. Her vibe and energy were good. Yet again I ended up burned my last visit. I’m unpleased on how I’m unable to get this resolved when I’ve only been trying to contact the owner or servicer since the incident happened. Neither have never been available. I returned after the first burn the lady wasn’t no longer there. But the fact that I haven’t been accommodated after the second burn to even SPEAK to the owner is beyond me. Service: Body waxing
