Went to Spavia for a Brazilian wax. The spa facility is very nice. The staff is amazing. Nicole did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable. It was the least painful Brazilian I ever had. Definitely returning.

First time at Spavia. It was such a great and relaxing experience from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were kind and explained everything very well. I loved all the amenities they provided. I booked a wax with Nicole, she was so sweet and the wax was PAINLESS. I will be coming back to get waxed by her again and to try out facials/massages. I definitely recommend Spavia Sparta and Nicole to those interested!!!

I laid on the table thinking to myself, “Is this really the body scrub?..” The facial was nothing I couldn’t do for myself at home. Sadly won’t be returning.

I wont be finding out if theyre any good because the customer service is disgusting. I came down with a fever a few hours before my appointment and called to cancel. The receptionist had to give the call to her manager after I told her I have a fever and need to cancel - so that she could tell me that they will waive the cancelation fee this time, especially since its my first time scheduling with them and Im "feeling under the weather," but that in the future they would have to charge me. I said Okay thank you, but just to clarify, if I come down with a fever a few hours before an appointment in the future, you will have to charge me? And she said Yes those are the rules. Lol, Ive worked in customer service for too long to accept such a low class level of it, especially in this area. Everyone has a 24 hr cancelation policy, but Ive never known one to not understand that people cant help if they come down with strep throat, or covid for that matter, within 24 hrs of their appointment. Ive never seen such a lack of common sense. What theyre saying is to come in even if you have a fever and are sick, because they just want your money and dont care about their staff or their customers...in which case, Im filing a health and safety concern with the state ✌????.
