I truly enjoyed my massage from Mayra. You can tell that shes professionally trained and experienced. The spa environment was clean & relaxing, the cost was reasonable and the location is close to home.

Waste of time! I booked the appt for my dad specifically asking for a male masseuse. I informed them that it’s a birthday gift for my dad and he has never had a professional massage before so he is only comfortable with a male therapist. She gave me the appt 4 days later saying that it’s the only time they will have a male masseuse. Then sent me confirmation emails/texts, all saying it’s with the male therapist. When we showed up and they took my dad in. I asked the lady if everything was okay. She said yes the FEMALE therapist will be with him shortly. I protested, first she denied then she came back saying yes there was a schedule change so the manager switched with a female therapist. I asked her how they could do this without letting me know!?? To which she had no answer. They offered me to come in another day with a discount. But it still sucks because it ruined his birthday and it was already such a struggle to get him to come in the first time, let alone again.

Jenny is my go-to for a facial and Bob for massages – I recommend them both! Everyone is extremely professional and the space is very clean and peaceful. Ever since I began my membership here, my skin has improved and my stress/anxiety levels have become more manageable.

Im not impressed with the atmosphere. To me it was like walking into a store in the mall. The therapist Haylee was very nice but a little too rough for me. I told her I liked medium pressure and it seemed the only pressure she knew how to use was rough. She had a glass of water waiting for me afterwards which was very nice but after that she walked away and I was kind of left to fend for myself. This is not a true spa in my opinion. I will not be returning.
