My favorite spa! I had my first experience here on my anniversary with a couples massage. We both fell asleep, if that tells you anything! I’ve had so many different services here since my first nap, I mean, appointment… and all of them have been beyond lovely. The plush robe they allow you to wear while waiting to be called for service is just the warm hug my sore muscles needs. I look forward to my next appointment!

I have brought my wife here on multiple occasions for a single or couples massage. The service has always been great, relaxing, and welcoming, and we never had a complaint - until today. My wife has been having serious muscle issues in her shoulder which has been causing sleep loss, so we booked an appointment for her preferred massage therapist, Teanna, whom she had twice before. Her closest appointment was two weeks out, but we decided we would rather wait for her preferred therapist, as she was comfortable with her and she already knew her pain points from previous sessions. However, I receive a voicemail today, 4 days before the appointment, that she is out on a leave of absence and they have to reschedule my wife with another therapist. I informed him that If we wanted another therapist, we would have gotten the first one available over 2 weeks ago. We opted to wait and go with Teanna at Woodhouse as opposed to a competitor, because it was worth the wait, but more importantly thats who my wife was comfortable with. He continued to repeat himself and try and push me onto another male therapist, instead of showing any sort of sincerity regarding the situation. I understand that things happen that are out of your control, but ignoring what a customer is flat out telling you over and over again is not the way to solve it. I requested to speak to a manager, to which he informed me that he was one, which tells me that even management follow the practice of ignoring customer requests and repeating themselves over and over again. We received no meaningful apology due to the situation, just a sarcastic "Yeah... we are sorry...but Richard is still available if you want to keep that appointment"... completely disregarding my wifes comfort and preference in an attempt to keep the appointment to make the sale. They didnt even attempt to make any offer for a discounted visit for our troubles if we give them another shot, due to the unplanned circumstances. Absolutely despicable customer service.

If you have to travel far for this spa, don’t bother. After a month and a half booking, we got a call 10 minutes before to say they had to cancel one of our 1hr massages and this was for a bachelorette party and we drove an hour and half away. I called them later to speak to the director and didn’t get a call back for 2 weeks and their only solution was giving us 25% off for future appointments ????

No where on the website while booking was it mentioned that they will not give facials to those on accutane or in the six month period afterwards. I have gotten facials before while being on accutane and off so it has never been a problem nor has my doctor ever said that facials were not allowed, only tattoos, piercings and sunburn. I wasn’t offered a different service, even when offering to still pay the full price of the facial just for getting a partial massage. I then had to sit in the “quiet room” while the person I came with got their facial without being checked on by my original lady. I am highly disappointed by the “service” I got. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
