Love the ambiance. Very relaxing. Love spending my "me-time-away-from-kids" here. Staff is very friendly and professional. Tried a couple therapists for my massage, til I found the best for me! After my massage, I get to chill at the quiet room. Soooo relaxing.

I got to the location and checked in. Was told that the person assigned to do one of my treatments called in sick and they were looking for someone to do that treamtment. (No biggie, life happens) I was allowed to wait in the Relaxation room till my facial appointment, this room is perfect it had mimosas, infused water, tea, almond and raisin dipped chocolates. Plenty of chairs to relax on as well as a fire place. I got the microdermabrasion with two add ons. Once that was complete I was brought to another room for my Black Sand Rejuvenation with was so amazing. Pros:the treatments were great and so were the ladies assigned to me. Cons: The pamphlet says that the Vichy shower for the Black Sand Rejuvenation is included but I was not brought to that room. When I first scheduled my appointment I picked the booster and vitamin C enhancement but was given a jelly mask instead of the booster. It would have been fine but I was still taking some of the mask off my face 30 mins after leaving. Will I go back again? Yes, but next time I will clarify very clearly what I want and when I arrive make sure that what I want done is on the schedule.

I originally wrote a review for my wifes Birthday which was due to a cancelation by the SPA. The Owner ended up contacting me later that day. Not only were they apologetic but also super understanding of my frustration. I can truly say that The Wood House SPA takes special occasions VERY seriously. Although it was uncessacary, they offered to come to my wife to make up for the canceled appointment. They even wrote her a handwritten apology letter and gave her a gift bag with some nice goodies. The gestures were greatly appreciated and I will definitley continue our services with them. Thank you for everything, you made my wife smile from ear to ear when she saw the giftbag. Thank you for making her Birthday worth it.

Very nice place to get a massage. It was my first time getting a professional massage and I absolutely loved it! The lady who gave me a massage was Ana (or Anna). She is absolutely wonderful and will be coming back with my husband to book with her (if possible). She made me relax so much, she is super patient, kind and loving! I felt out of this world in all honesty! Thank you Ana! You did AMAZING!

I have been here over 6 times in the last few years and this probably my last. The massage was great but the front desk experience was enough to ruin the massage I had just received. 3 years ago my husband purchased a gift card for almost $400 for me to use here. Then shortly after the pandemic happened and I had a few babies and I didn’t get to use my gift card until last year and had half the balance left. Neither my husband or myself where made aware that the gift cards EXPIRE after a certain amount of time. He wasn’t told this when he purchased the card and I wasn’t made aware of this last year when I used half of it. The manager stated my card was expired that there was nothing they could do but just give me a 10% discount for my troubles but am additional manager needed to be called for this amazing deal (insert sarcasm here). I had $110 left, I didn’t a discount I wanted to use my gift card. After being very upset he offered to help and call IT. Long story short I got to use my gift card after only after showing how upset I was. Don’t buy gift cards from here!!!! The massages have always been great but after today I rather find a new place.
