My husband and I had a couples massage booked, prenatal for me and deep tissue for him. Being pregnant and wildly uncomfortable, I had been looking forward to this for weeks. We were put in a room outside of the pedicure area and everything was going great… until they started clipping a few women’s toe nails and I could hear every clip. It completely pulled me out of my state of relaxation and that’s all I could focus on (and it was really grossing me out, especially being pregnant). I hope this is something that could be corrected for future guests as it was really disappointing for us.

As a former employee, I am ashamed to have to rate this so low. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. I walked in, today, to buy a $142 skincare product, only to get ZERO greeting from faith, with a side of rudeness and attitude. I don’t care if you don’t like me, I am now A CLIENT!!!! They need to really work on hiring people that actually enjoy their job! Word of mouth goes far, and I will let EVERYONE know, to go elsewhere! DO BETTER!

Anyone using Woodhouse Spa in Mukwonago. Please confirm your appointments. The reservation system could have booked you at a time you did not choose. If you miss your appointment because if it, you will be still be charged. I think my issue was a time zone issue with their system while I was traveling. I would normally agree with the no show policy. But not if it was of fault of a reservation system. They said they are paying the staff member that was supposed to do my service. I hope that is true and it isn’t just a wealthy organization making money for doing nothing. It is okay. That last couple services I had have not been as nice as in the past. It is a treat for me to spend this type of money on myself. But I typically purchase many gift cards a year for friends and family. That won’t be happening anymore.
